Is it possible to disable music controls on the S10+ LED View case?

I love this case but the touch controls are very annoying, especially as they show up when closing the case. I frequently find that when listening to music, I have to be very careful about closing the case to put the phone in my pocket. Please give us the option to disable this.

In fact, the LED view case really needs way more options, such as disabling touch controls, preventing that annoying notification reminder (at least I think that's what it is - I have notification reminders turned off but I regularly get that circle animation thing go off), per app notification settings, LED timeout length , whether or not the LEDs turn on when closing the case etc . All of the logic for this is on the phone so I can't imagine there are any hardware barriers to implementation.

So am I the only one that finds this a problem? It causes me problems every time I listen to music on my phone and it's getting so annoying. If I open the case to look at my phone, I've started intentionally waiting and just holding the phone after closing the case until the LEDs turn off because if I don't, the buttons are fairly likely to get touched when I put the phone in my pocket and either pause it (best case scenario) or change track.

It's particularly annoying if you listen to prog as the tracks can be so long it's hard to find where you were!

I have the EXACT same issue, it is so annoying, why dont they provide more settings or at least advice that they will do the exact same as Clear View.

Typical Samsung, they never reply or have a clue what is going on.

Same problem here. I close the cover then press the power-button to stop the touch controls. but they start up whenever a new song starts, and i end up pausing/skipping songs like crazy from the pocket. Very annoying, and i am ordering a new different cover for this reason..

Same problem, absolute rubbish, I'd like to disable the whole thing, the cover is not good and wish I hadn't spent the AU$100 buying it! 

Anyone know how to turn whole thing off?

I didn't see that this thread has any replies until now. I've got to the point where I'd just like to disable the LEDs now too - or at least have the option to. As annoying as the music controls are, I also find the re-notification icon very annoying because I use a wireless charger at night. When the LEDs come on the wireless charging stops, so charging is intermittent (which is particularly annoying on my charger as it lights up pretty bright whenever charging starts). Plus just the renotification icon itself lights up the room when I'm trying to sleep.

Either way it seems like a huge oversight to me that there's no control over this case. I find it very strange that they've added the ability to have all these fancy custom icons and clearly put some effort in there but totally forgotten to actually put in any useful controls.

I have the same problem, too. I wish to deactivate the music control. At least when kept close. I startet to push the lock button when storing the phone in my pocket, so I can handle that one...
But then, when I quickly stop the music (touchpad on earbuds or on the watch) and replay the music, the cover activates in my pocket and starts to skip songs aroung like crazy. It's really annoying and needs urgent update. 

Not so smart as it should be for a S10!
