Help, whenever I receive an incoming call it sounds like the person is underwater. Outgoing calls are fine so the microphone and speaker are fine. I have tried clearing the cache on the phone app but still the same. It also is the same if from a landlines or mobile incoming call. I don't really want to do a full phone reset if possible. Thanks in advance.
