IKONIK Skin samsung s10

Everytime i try to reedem my IKONIK offer i get a error called (E400001/PaymentMethodListActivity/com.epicgames.fortnite)"  i am using a brand new samsung s10 anyone knows a possible problem and fix? thanks

Do you have any updates pending on your phone or the app it self?

Go to: Apps > Settings > Software Update > Update Manually

Then for the app it self head to: Galaxy Apps > My Apps & Games > Update All
