Everytime i try to reedem my IKONIK offer i get a error called (E400001/PaymentMethodListActivity/com.epicgames.fortnite)" i am using a brand new samsung s10 anyone knows a possible problem and fix? thanks
@Get_Gn0med: Please can you confirm if you have completed the following steps?
1. Download and launch Fortnite on your qualifying Samsung device. 2. Sign in to your Epic Games account or sign up for a new Epic Games account. 3. Go to the Store. The Fortnite Galaxy iKONIK outfit should appear in the Store. Tap on it. Make sure your store is set to Samsung in Settings > Account. 4. A notice will pop up asking you to register a credit card, if you have not done so already. Click Next on the pop-up and register a credit card (your card will not be charged). 5. Tap the Fortnite Galaxy iKONIK outfit again to complete the redemption by 12/31/19. 6. Your Fortnite Galaxy iKONIK outfit will be available in your LOCKER within your ACCOUNT AND EQUIPMENT. You will also receive the Scenario emote as part of this redemption process.
Do you have a Samsung account registered to the phone? If not then please go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts > Add Account > Samsung, then proceed with the steps above to claim your skin. If your problem persists then please can you confirm where you purchased your phone, as if you are currently outside the intended region then this can cause issues when redeeming the offer.
