I would like to get a notification when google sends me an email, can anyone advise me if this is possible? Just google, not al

Hi All,

I run a small business and i get my work from my website.  Sometimes I miss jobs because i dont see the emaol until too late.  I would love to get a notification when i get an email from google telling me i have an enquiry but dont want to get a notification every time a random email comes in.

Has anyone done something like this or is it unlikly to be possible? I am happy to change the email address for my business to a GMail one if this was going to help...

Any ideas?

Hi @Simon41. Hope you're enjoying your Monday Morning. Your email account will notify you every time a new email arrives, whether this in your inbox or junk folders. You can speak to your email account providers for more information on this. If you're only wanting to be notified regarding your work, it may be ideal creating a new email address so it's specific for your work.

Thanks so much for replying to my question.  I am trying to set up my phone so it only notifies me of emails from google. This is because google emails me when I get an enquiry through my website that someone has found on google.

If I creat a gmail address for my business, is there some way ofgetting my phone to notify me of those emails coming in, but only those ones?  I am not sure how to do this..... Do I create an exception, or something like that?

Any ideas you have would be greatfully received!

Have you looked into IFTTT?  You can probably set something up with that.
