I cant get the iKonik skin in fortnite

I have possibly tried everyyhing possible to be able to get the skin... got a new creditcard, reinstalled the app a few times, cleared cache and data of the samsung billing also, but nothing works. Please help

Hi for all errors that occur in-app you will need to contact the app developer. Even though this is exclusive skin for Samsung consumers, you will still need to contact epic games who will be able to look into this further for you.

It's a problem with samsung Billing not the Fortnite app
