I cannot find system update - software update

Dear. Please help. I cannot update my samsung S10 to higher Android version.

if I follow the instruction.. I cannot find anywhere in settings system update or software update .. So impossible to get higher version.

I had my previous A52 data transfered to S10, could this be a problem ?

Somebody can help please I need to update to A11 or A12. Thank you

It's most likely because the phone is in the wrong country. If you try and update a phone in a country other than it is designed for it won't let you. You can try smart switch for PC to check if it will update via that but in reality you may end up needing help from sammobile or xda-developers sites to download and flash the ROM yourself

Thank you for your suggetion. Problem is, that I have two identical S10 one mine and one belongs to my partner. But she make new instalation and have already A12, but i made transfer from old samsung phone (A52) so only difference, but I cannot find the update possibility..but I have so much account and passwords that I do not want to make a new instalation (factory settings ) I am just so confused that there is no other solution. I will try the smart switch. again thank you for  such a quick reply.
