I Can't hear people on the phone clearly even with volume settings full

Hi im having trouble hearing people when I'm on the phone even with my volume settings full

Have you used the diagnostic in the members app? It Should give you an indication as to if the phone is at fault

I have yes its says normal I can hear the sound coming from the in call speaker but it's not loud it's quite low

I haven't had a S10 in ages, trying to think was it particularly low volume, I remember I did have one that annoyed me just can't remember if it was the s10

Have you tried turning on speaker phone option?

I'm 64 and now have to use hearing *****.

Have you had a recent hearing test? Perhaps it's time 😩

Did Sumsung just censor the last four letters from the string 'hearingaids'?

I'm only 34 hahahah I can hear them but it's very low and no I haven't tried that option ill give it a go
