I have been searching all forums and I can't find an exact answer. I have one person in my contacts that comes up 'unknown'. I am told to disable my caller ID protection but I don't have that feature or setting on my Galaxy s10. Can someone give me a more direct answer. I deleted them out my phone and readded them again. I get their name and photo when they text me but not when i call. What can I do?
