How long will the Galaxy Buds take to arrive?

How long does it take to receive the Galaxy buds?

 

I have been successful and now the track my claim page reads 'Validated' does this mean it is the last phase per say and I shall be recieving my ear buds soon? Or will there be an email follow up saying 'Dispatched' etc.

Mine was validated yesterday  and now states "Validated...Sent for fulfillment" so it looks like it's at another stage before actually  be sent out...

Will take upton30 days from day your claim being validated.

My validation quoted that the buds would be with me in the next 30 days. Not happy as I bought the phone outright  on the 21st expected the buds in same package as I had bought direct from Samsung. Not happy in the slightest

I also bought outright. But as i've said before, we have a twenty eight day cooling off period, so if they sent the buds with the phone, and you decided that after say 10 days to return, how would they be sure that the Buds were not used!! or would be returned? 

As they would not be allowed to sell them on again as a used product.

Nice corporate  answer  but as I had traded in my s8 would not have left myself without  a phone . Unfortunately  this has made me step back from upgrading my tab2 to latest version & also the smartwatch as a pre order. So buds value of £139 has stopped a possible £1000 spend. Nice own goal samsung

I also traded in S8 but had phone til S10 came, then sent back S8

If you had a possible 1000 spend on gadgets that you clearly dont need .just wanting an upgrade then maybe pay for the measly 130 pound ear buds and stop pretending you wont get those upgrades on the monthly anyway

Hi everyone,

 

I've only just ordered a new tarrif with the S10e today but been told that the new contract wont start until mid November. Does this mean I won't be able to apply for the buds?? I really want them but dont know how to claim as I dont have any evidence yet... went through my Three customer service. Any ideas on what evidence do I need them to send me so I can go ahead with the request for the ear buds?

You need your IEMI Number that's on your phone.
A picture of your receipt as proof of purchase.
Date of purchase.
They also prefer you to claim on your newly purchased phone.
I am claiming my buds on a purchase of the S10. A celebratory 10th year free gift.
The small print said last date to claim was Oct 23rd 2019.

@jim7 why did you expect them to be in the box, when all the online sites including Samsung said to obtain the buds, it was by redemption and the leaflet was in the box...

Think Samsung uses Capita to handle all of this stuff for it in the UK and it shows because it's a total ***** show. Capita are one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with in a professional capacity as it's all about cutting corners to maximize profit margin at the expense of quality & customer experience. My advice would be for Samsung to have a really long look at the company its using to handle it's customer service & logistics in the UK.

I've hit 30 days today, no email, no update and claim still showing only validated.

 

Sent an email to Samsung to see what's going on, something tells me I'm gonna be waiting a while...

Samsung doesnt give a rats ass! They already got all of our hard earned ca$h! They dont give a ***** bout nothin else! They already got us for our money! Most of us wont take the phone back because its too much of a hassle! Plus its the newest/best of the phones that are out right now and we like being the ppl wit top notch *****

Bull***** tbh, why wouldn't they contact the customer to let us know of the delay, why make it so you need to contact them? I had to wait an extra week for the s10plus 512gig because they didn't make enough, now waiting for the buds too, makes me think seriously about if I want a Samsung next upgrade after being brand loyal for 8 years

I just got the email that my Buds are gonna be here tomorrow or Wednesday! Submitted 3/8/19, validated 3/11/19! Fricken stupid *****!
