So I've had these buds for 2 days now, and plenty of time to tinker. I think I've found the optimum sound quality you can achieve.
1. Make sure equalizer within the wearables app is on dynamic.
2. Go to sounds and vibration > advanced sound setting > sound quality and effects > adapt sound and create a new custom profile. I said yes to all.
3. Turn on Dolby atmos from drop down menu. Click the word Dolby atmos and click music settings.
If anyone is thinking their buds are quiet, change the tap and hold to volume control, these are the furthest thing from quiet and I love loud music.
Hope this helps someone.

They recently released a beta version of Poweramp Equalizer that works with Spotify, YouTube Music, VLC, etc. Works pretty ***** good so far!!

Sorry I should've been more clear. It's a separate app. You can download it here. --> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxmpz.equalizer

Yo, I finished building my account just to reply to your question, and the answer is YES! They made another app, that has only eq, compressor, and visualizer capabilities for media apps. It works with any music or video streaming app. It has a trial period and premium is just 2$

I used to be a heavy user of poweramp but if you TRULY want something that has it all: Wavelet supports Spotify and has a legacy mode that applies your presets over everything
I use galaxy buds 2 with wavelet, samsung EQ, Wearable Dynamic.

Hi GRIM,
Can you please kindly post the FULL picture of your Poweramp custom EQ for the Live Buds? In your current pic above, it cuts off right at 8K, so 16K is not displayed.
Thanks in advance!
