How do you claim the galaxy ear buds with the pre order of s10

So I bought the pre order s10 and it said I can claim some ear buds but cant find it anywhere

Unsure why you've been told this. We can confirm that both new and existing Upgrade Programme customers that meet the eligibility criteria will be able to claim for the free Galaxy Earbuds! You can read more about the promotion just here.

Hi All,

i preordered a Galaxs10 from the samsung store and with the preorder receipt i went to the Earbuds promotion form and filled it... but i haven't received any confirmation email about it... 

When trying to find if the promotion has been activated with the preorder number nothing shows up...

what about you guys?

Its says after pre orders you have to claim between 8/03 and 8/04.

I am on my samsung members app and can't find a claim form. Do you know where to find it?

Under the benefit section but it may not appear till tomorrow for s10 clains for the buds as claims are from tomorrow

Looking at the pre-order on Samsung site, no option for earbuds with 10e

From all sites I’ve looked at earbuds come with S10 S10+

IT STARTS FROM 8.03.2019 TODAY IS 07.03.219 wait a few hours more. I just tried and nothing till now so tomorrow. Promotion is only for S10 AND S10+ not for S10E

I have just gone into the members app and can't seem to locate where you claim the buds - anyone had any success with this? Or is it because it is still early in the day?
