How do you claim the galaxy ear buds with the pre order of s10

So I bought the pre order s10 and it said I can claim some ear buds but cant find it anywhere

DId the postcode field populate your address or did you fill your address in manually?

Just put my postcode in and it found it

I've had no luck at all,  'The postcode you have entered is invalid' every time. On Chrome, Edge, Chrome (on the S10), and Samsung internet. 

If I try and click next with that error I get a blank screen saying

"Sorry, something went wrong

An has error occurred while processing your request. Please try again in a few moments"

I guess this is just a waiting game at this point?

Now when I try to claim it says my IMEI has already claimed the buds. Absolute joke.

just managed to get through after a whole night of trying. I just kept refreshing the address page and finding the Post Code till it was found. From UK
