How do you claim the galaxy ear buds with the pre order of s10

So I bought the pre order s10 and it said I can claim some ear buds but cant find it anywhere

Good question! I have checked the page and under the *** is written the following:
***Pre-order between 20.02.19 – 07.03.19 from a participating retailer, claim on the Samsung Members app between 08.03.19 – 08.04.19. UK/ROI 18+ only. See www.samsung.com/uk/offer/galaxys10-preorder for full T&Cs.

I've tried to claim mine but the option of ear buds has now disappeared. Anyone know what is happening???

So I went back, the option had re-appeared in the app. There's a button "view details" which takes you to a web page to fill out the details. 

Then the page crashed. They're obviously struggling with the demand lol.

Screen from samsung members app was white on multiple occasions and then the benefit disappeared from the app all together.

 

I guess it's a server problem and I have messaged Samsung but I am not impressed

It seems that the phone is selling a bit too well :winking-face:

I would recommend to try it tomorrow again, if the attempts fails stop for a few hours because if everyone is hitting the server all the time the system will become smoking hot.

Personally I'm positive surprised because it says a lot about the reception of the phone and the fact that people appreciate true innovation :smiling-face:

What date did you put in and how? I've tried so many variations of the date and it won't accept my pre order date

I stupidly ordered the wrong version, I wanted the S10+, and ordered the S10 in error on 6th March. I can return it, but will they still honour the free buds does anyone know?

Mine keeps saying I have claimed alreadybusing the imei but I don't have a claim I.d as the form kept saying under management, any idea??
