Being on hold for 15 mins so far sent message too I'm assuming it's so busy as it's launch day even so you would think they would be ready for the weight of traffic coming their way
I spoke to the technical team they took the details and said they are looking to it as all the customers facing same problem. They said they will contact me over the phone once the problem solved.
Don't trust them when support say they will contact you back... They NEVER do.
Samsung has quite literally the worst support team I have ever experienced.
Well the staff surely have been overwhelmed with calls due to server errors. Give them a break.

Managed to do it on first go today, got confirmation screen but no email. Time will tell if it worked I guess.
I'm going to try keep my confirmation screen open on a tab so I have the claim number etc just in case.
Im also just getting a blank white page... its annoying the hell out of me!
also, has anyone found any of the wallpapers that make use of hiding the camera lense, i saw a guy on youtube had homer simpson donut and it looked cool!
I've also been getting the blank screen. I phone up and they say that their systems have crashed because of the high demand of people trying to claim. They said to give it a few hours before trying again
