How do i set up my s10e to connect to 5ghz wifi

Hey seahorse11, I don't know what's going on there. I had no problem at all. I just went to settings, selected my WiFi (remembering to ignore my neighbours lol) & put my p/w in.

If you want to force a 5Ghz connection create 2 SSIDs on your router one for 2.4Ghz and one for 5Ghz so you can select which to connect to.

Settings/Connections/Mobile Hotspot and Tethering/Mobile Hotspot/Configure/Band

I set it to 5Ghz without any problem. However, just discovered, not all devices can "see" it! iPad does, HP Envy laptop doesn't but it used to. Other phones also can't see it now but previously there wasn't a problem to connect to it. Strange, very strange... By the way, did anyone experienced this?

Sorry, just realised you didn't ask about tethering,on 5Ghz just connecting to 5Ghz.
