Hi,

I'm using my Samsung as an business phone. For that reason it is essential, that I see all my emails in the inbox of the mail app.  I have only found the option to sync all emails, which I received in the last 30 days.

Also if I'm using folders I can only see emails from the last 30 days.

Is there any option to show all emails?

Thanks

G

It helps to know which email app you're using as they can be different in the options that are available.

That may be your first problem. I don't use their email app and in fact went through my phone and either uninstalled or disabled as much as Samsung bloat as I could.

In the app you should be able to click on the 3 dots go into settings and tell it what to show. If it doesn't have that setting, then you need to use a different email app.

What kind of email are you using this app for? Just gmail, outlook, exchange, regular imap email?

Don't use the app is a little negative.  Press the 3 little menu lines next in inbox when you are in the App.  Then Press the little cog in the top right hand side on the menu/screen.

Under Accounts press your account and 4 item down you will see "Email sync period".  I chose All time to get my emails.  It a bit hidden but all there.  I quite like it for a second email account on my mobile.  This picks up my personal emails on my work phone.
