I wanted to find out is there a way to set a video as a home screen wallpaper just like setting the video as a lock screen wallpaper

press anywhere on the home screen until it shows you whats on the picture I have included, then go to gallery and choose your video, video should be 15 seconds and no longer

home screen animation would be to turn a video in to live wallpaper , try online websites that turn video in to live wallpaper
