Hide 'Groups' from contacts app

I'm suddenly seeing a 'Groups' section directly beneath my favourite contacts when I go to make a call. This wasn't there before and I can't see any way to hide it or turn it off. I don't use groups, I don't have any populated groups.

Any way to hide this useless feature?

Update - the groups 'contact' only shows in the Phone app, not the Contacts app

@JonnyM1: I have had a look into this for you, and it is unfortunately not possible to remove the 'Groups' category from the Contacts list when accessed via the Phone app. I thought that this might be possible by heading to the Phone app > Contacts > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Edit, however Groups is greyed out, which means that it is an embedded feature. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Thanks for following this up. It's baffling when companies push out random changes like this with no way of disabling them... give us options for our phones please Samsung...oh yeah, no one ones anything any more
