Everytime I connect to music with my earphones, it automatically starts playing up and there is nothing I can do about it. The music stops playing, the volume automatically goes up or down, it connects to Google and connects to Bixby. The only way to solve it is by completely taking out the earphones. I am not doing anything and it's trying to put the volume down. Everytime I try to even scroll it automatically goes to the volume. When I adjust it, the headphones, it goes to Google. Then I have to take the headphones out and it stops. The other day the volume literally busted my left earphone because of the loud music it suddenly started playing. PLEASE HELPPP.

Assuming there is no lint or debris inside the earphone Jack and the phone hasn't been bumped or dropped or had the water indicators tripped and this is happening with various sets of earphones then perhaps let a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre have hands on with your phone @Sahi

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
