HELP needed please

Hi, I have a Samsung S10+, I cannot hear any voice calls unless I put it on loud speaker. They can hear me ok, this just happened out of the blue. I'm in ill health n have Dr's ringing n don't have any privacy at all. Would be eternally grateful if you could help me!!

you may try to switch off and on the phone

 

check for new  software updates, head to settings > update software > download and install 

 

if persists, do backup your data then do the factory data reset 

 

if persists, please visit the Samsung webiste to arrange a repair of your phone

Hello there!

 

I will attempt to guide you through some steps to troubleshoot your sound devices.

 

 

First, let's check if it is a problem with the earpiece.

 

Try playing music, or watching a YouTube video, and check if sound exits the earpiece at all. If it does not, do you recall dropping the device recently? If so, try pressing (firm, but not too hard) on the area near the earpiece, and see if this works. Try to play some music while you are doing this.
