Updates are sent out in accordance to region, phone model, whether a phone is branded i.e supplied by a Network or unbranded i.e purchased directly from Samsung so they have different csc , and phone serial / imei number.
It's not essentially stuck but awaiting the update.
Periodically check in your settings and software update section.

When the Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centres re open depending what Tier you're in with regards to the Covid-19 pandemic and the status of those shops they can take a look.
As a comparison I'm using a Samsung Note 20 Ultra that I imported from Hong Kong and is on the December update.
I'm awaiting on the Android 11 and Samsung One Ui 3.0 update.
Try not to worry as you'll eventually get the update.
