Headphones jack keeps cutting out please help

My headphones keep cutting out there's nothing wrong with them it's the phone connection Galaxy Note 10+5g thanks

@Paul870: I'm a little confused, as the Note 10+ 5G doesn't feature a headphone jack. Are you able to clarify how you're connecting the headphones to the phone e.g. Bluetooth, via USB-C adapter?
