Hi all, it seems like people are starting to receive their buds- I had a text and email from Samsung on the 12th March advising that my claim had been validated. However, still no buds (I know it says 30 days)- infuriatingly though when you go into 'track my claim' it does not give a tracking number for the courier- which would put my mind at ease. I figure they are shipping direct from China. Are there any mods who are able to advise how, if at all, to obtain the tracking number?
If so, please do advise and I'll PM you my number/ email address.
Anyone else in a similar situation?

final got my dx email this morning.
delivery for today was validated on the 13th March. Tho it's still saying validated on the Samsung track my claim.

It was obvious weeks ago that Samsung had messed up but its only now that day 30 is approaching, after continually saying that the buds would arrive within 30 days, that they admit that it might take longer.
We all bought the phone in advance, so we are all Galaxy fans. Samsung should be trying to keep their biggest supporters happy but instead they treat us like this.
I thought Apple were bad but this is terrible. A few years ago Samsung were quite good not any more.

When we're you validated? Seems 13th are getting theirs this week. I'm 14th and looks like mine will be next week at the earliest , we'll over 30 days.

How's that your looking at tomorrow if your a day behind us on the 13th. Also Samsung have stated within 30 days on the terms and conditions so not really treating us wrong here.
I would agree tho, that all pre order's should have been bundled with the buds. I order direct from Samsung with this impression. My fault for not reading the terms and conditions in detail at checkout.

That's changed, Samsung used to say within 30 days. Todsy they told me that they can't say that they will deliver within 30 days. Looking at the posts here, Samsung seem to be doing each validation day in a week or more, seems its validation day 13 this week.

From Samsung today:
Just to Confirm you claim was validated on 14/03/19. They do normally get delivered before 30 days but we can not guarantee this

On Friday night/Saturday morning I was at Casino MK in Milton Keynes when at around 1am the claim was set to PROCESSED. @Colin19 what happens now?
