Can anyone tell me why, when I have set up a schedule for my phone to wind down with greyscale; it doesn't automatically go grey at the scheduled time? 

Can't see how to attach a screen grab.

Are you speaking about Night mode?

For screenshot pass your hand singing from left to the right of the screen continuosly if you have the option selected in menu.

Or Press the Power button and Volume down key at the same time. Hold them down until you hear an audible click or a screenshot sound and flash on Screen.
