Gear VR R325 model & S10+

I have previously had a Gear VR R324 model which worked with a S7. When I upgraded to a S10+ the Gear VR continued to work until a few weeks ago when about 5 minutes into using, it would just switch off and show the phone home screen.

On advice I bought the R325 model which despite it not saying on the Samsung website that it is compatible with a S10+, the online chat support confirmed it is compatible.

So I bout the R325 model but it doesn't work either.

I tried have unistalling all Oculus and Gear VR applications from the S10+, re-installing and then plugging the phone into the headset which should prompt the notification to undock and install all the apps.

This 'sometimes' works and other times nothing happens on the phone and the home screen is visible through the headset.

When I have been able to get this tow work and the Oculus app launches to allow the apps to be downloaded and installed, once this has happened the app doesn't launch when plugged into the headset.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, etc many times with no joy.

When I first used the R325 (without the apps being uninstalled and reinstalled), the Oculus app launched and did work for a bout 10 minutes then it just closed. Since then I have not been able to get any further than installing the Oculus apps.

The Facebook Manager, etc that are needed to be enabled are enabled.

Can someone provide advice on how to get the headset to work as I now have two headsets neither of which work.
