Galaxy S10e DND issue after One UI 2.0 update

After update to Android 10 One UI 2.0 on Galaxy S10e I am facing issues with DND.

When DND is swiched on with auto rule or manually it somehow switches it self off after a few hours. 

In my case schedule for DND is set at 10pm to 8am the next day. However after update to one UI 2.0 DND switches off some time during night. Same is the case with wind-down.

Is anyone facing same issue? Any solution?

Hi @jslimaye ,

that is odd. Have you tried to run the phone in Safe Mode and monitor it to see if the issue is being caused by a third party app interfering with this? Find how to do this here. 

If the issue persists in this mode, send an error report after the issue occurs to our developers from Samsung> Samsung Members> Support > Send Feedback > Error Report.

Hi, yea I have been having similar issues with the DND following on from Android 10 update including UI2. Currently set 8PM-8AM but switches off for unknown reasons, occasionally I can establish that an alarm activation is the possible cause, other times seem random. Additionally I have noticed that on occasions text messages from Favoured Contacts are coming in silently rather than the set alert tone. I have logged the issue several times and been informed that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant bug department
