Hello,

I have tried emailing, messaging on FB messenger and writing on the Twitter page but I have received no reply from Samsung.

I am looking to find out if I order the S10+ is there an option for phone insurance as I cannot see the option on the page. Also, if you order, can you select the colour of headphones you receive or is it random? And are the 512gb options ceramic only?

Hope to hear from somebody.

The Facebook and Twitter pages are very busy at the mo, everyone is working hard to get queries answered as quickly as they can. 

  • I've had a look for you on the Online Shop and there was the option to add Samsung Care before adding to basket: https://www.samsung.com/uk/smartphones/galaxy-s10/buy/
  • The S10 512GB is available in the Prism colours, however the S10+ 512GB is only available in the Ceramic colours. 
  • The free Galaxy Buds will be in White.
