I've had the email prompting me to login to my upgrade program today to select the S10 model i want to go with. I fully expect this won't go live until after the launch at 7pm UK time tonight. However the only web address I can find for the upgrade program comes back with invalid loan number and/or surname when I try to login. I was just trying to get ahead of the game and check all was working before going for the upgrade later tonight.
Can anyone advise what the correct link is for the UK Galaxy mobile upgrade program? Can you also check if you get similar errors when trying to login, or is it just me?

I cannot believe they have not created a Web page for existing upgraders, it is quite shocking... I suppose we will have to wait till they sort the page and we will see what is left. If the choices are limited, delivery dates are in April and with no buds, they can gladly have my S9+ back and will get the Huawei P30 pro which is due April.

I am thinking of doing this as well. Sell the S9+ for whatever is left on current contract... order new phone with buds... sell buds and make £100 profit on the deal.

Just had an answer from Samsung
Long and short of it, they "upgraded" the upgrade system and broke it!!!!
I have been promised unequivocally that I will be able to order Friday as it will be fixed then!!
Very disappointed this time round with Samsung

Such a shame boys.
I really want the S10+ but the earbuds are sort of a deal breaker for me as i love my dirty bassline tunes! But god knows why we loyal customers have been put at the back of the pile. We have paid and continue to pay for a service.

I was going to fork out extra to get the ceramic black but I've realised it'll be in a hard case due to two young children that love dropping my current phone.
