Galaxy S10 Upgrade Program

I've had the email prompting me to login to my upgrade program today to select the S10 model i want to go with.  I fully expect this won't go live until after the launch at 7pm UK time tonight.  However the only web address I can find for the upgrade program comes back with invalid loan number and/or surname when I try to login.  I was just trying to get ahead of the game and check all was working before going for the upgrade later tonight.

Can anyone advise what the correct link is for the UK Galaxy mobile upgrade program?  Can you also check if you get similar errors when trying to login, or is it just me?

Yeah I've been trying since yesterday and called them once and live chat twice I've now decided it's not worth the upgrade deal and I'm going to keep my s9

I too have been trying since last night and I am still getting the page can't be found. I've messaged then on messenger so will see what they say. If you wanted the green colour at the base specs you seem out of luck now.

Where do you find a loan agreement number?  Will you only have one if you bought your last phone/contract direct through Samsung?

From the other replies on here, that means you are using an older plan number, you should look for another plan email, usually the one before.

I got it from my close brothers email. So there should be a newer email with a different number on it?

Yeah, I found mine in the email I got before the one saying the previous deal was settled
