Hello all
I need a new phone and the S10 / S10e seems the right choice for me. At the minute there seems to be a nationwide shortage of these phones due to Covid-19, but Amazon has a listing for a Galaxy S10 128gb Hybrid-SIM for £552.00 - much cheaper than anywhere else. There's one review from December saying it's not a UK phone but one from the UAE. Does this ring alarm bells with anyone? TIA.

Be sure it's not coming from another Country like China from the UAE.. Can you give us the Amazon links please , i will check this with @CHMultimedia .

Technically, you should have no problem, as the UAE shares the same model as the UK (and all of Europe). Obviously I am not qualified to answer if you'll be able to benefit from your warranty. But as @Cassidy007 asked, you should share with us the listing in question, just to make sure.

Here's the link to the phone on Amazon's UK site: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Galaxy-Dual-SIM-Android-Smartphone-Prism-Black/dp/B07NWR7QYQ/ref=sr...

Do you intend to get the Prism Green model? That's the one going for £550. If so, the seller says they indeed sell a UK model, and the model number matches up. The seller is Amazon too (sold and dispatched from Amazon), so I'd buy it with confidence. You also have access to Amazon's return policy for extra confidence.
There's the "Other" version, which is a Live Demo Unit. That's most likely the one that's "from UAE".

Brand new. Though you're looking at the Prism Black listing. This is the Prism Green listing for comparison.
