Unsupported file is shown is because the phone's system is seeing something it can't open etc.
Perhaps try a Google or Forum Search to see if you get any return hits with further help and advice within.
My suggestions are.....
1. Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
2. Delete what you've created and start again.
3. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache. No info is lost this way.
4. As a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
