Galaxy S10 incoming calls not waking up my screen

Hello all, 

I'm quite satisfied with the new S10. However I'm running into a problem where my screen doesn't turn on when someone calls me. The ringtone will play, but the screen remains off. I have to turn on my screen (by pressing a button or double tapping the screen) to see who is calling me and to be able to answer the caller. 

This is actually quite annoying, but as of yet I'm unable to find the option to fix this. 

Can anyone help me out with this problem?

I'm also having this issue. Anyone have any resolutions? Seems so ridiculous to not have any ability to see who is calling without unlocking the phone

Also have te same issue and when going to end calls have to unlock the phone.

Got the same problem on s10 plus

I found an option under do not disturb which his full screen notifications which means if dnd is on you don't get the screen showing the call coming in
