[Galaxy S10+] Dialer opens on locked phone everytime when bluetooth call is made

Hello guys,

can I please ask for help with the biggest annoyance I have with my S10+?

When I have BT headphones, car, or watch connected and make a call with headphones, car or watch, no matter the screen lock, the S10+ will open fully unlocked dialer. It doesn't care about pockets, fingerprints, locks, pocket protection, anything and the dialer screen is full operationable - touch sensitive to my leg and turning off BT, ending calls, turning speaker by itself. It drives me crazy!

I even bought Buds+ because I thought it was because of 3rd party earphones, but still the same issue.

Can someone please try it, if it's doing the same for you and it's my problem, or Samsung's? I tried everything but reset as I have that as last resort.

Have you tried soft reset? I had over two years and never had an issue with it.

No, I will try it. I only rebooted phone. EDIT: I did soft reset, didn't help.

@Jaysman So for you, when you dial call from Watch, or car, the display won't turn on with dialer open?

No change after recent update, do you think resetting the phone will solve this?
