Hi, I got both my son and daughter a Galaxy S10.

My lad brought me his this morning as he noticed a bunch of bright pixels in the bottom left of the screen.

His phone is in a Mous case and still has the Samsung screen protector on with no damage on the screen and certainly nothing near the duff pixels.

He just noticed it at lunch time when he got up.

I guess this is a warranty screen replacement, so will need to be sent off to Samsung?

Hi, the phone was purchased from Argos, sometime in November as it was a Christmas present. I have the digital receipt on email.

Can you perform a Hardware Test please and see if the issue persists? Dial *#0*# and select all the colours. Let me know how you get on.

Yes, I have already done this, through red green and blue. The pixels are visible on all 3 colours.

Been working away for a week, I guess I should contact Samsung support and request a B2B repair for this.

The phone hasnt been dropped or got wet he just got up in the morning and there was the bright pixels that dont go away.

Yes had the screen replaced under warranty. Arranged it online and they came to my home and replaced it.
