Galaxy s10 5g and sound issues with bud+

Just got some bud+ and set up twice now and the sound is poor.  My old apple earbuds are better sound.  Anyone have this issue - tried different wings, tried resetting,  sound is very tinny.  Changed it in the wearables app but its definitely not great in my view.   Probably send them back unless there is someone who had similar issue.  thanks

@gwilsoncfc: Are you experiencing sound issues while using the Galaxy Buds+ with your Galaxy S10? If so, try going to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Sound Quality and Effects, and enable Dolby Atmos to see if you notice an improvement? I also recommend having a play around with the Equaliser in this menu, to see if this helps.

Thanks but tried that and the sound is still not what I expected given the reviews I've read - I'll exchange them
