One of my buds is significantly louder than the other. I have tried:

- Disconnecting and reconnecting the buds

- Charging the buds

- Updating software

- Checking for physical obstruction to sound

Try using them on another device to make sure it is the buds & not your phone.
If it is the buds try contacting Samsung customer services.

I had the same, Samsung replaced them as they couldn't fix it, they'll did give a care poster for my buds as they said it was was inside that killed the volume.. but yes they're are faulty unfortunately are they still in warranty?

Give them a call yes & they will organise collection of your device. weekends they are open 🙏
