Galaxy 10s+ since last update it's been freezing and crashing . any advice ?

Reset maybe ? Backup your phone through "smart switch " and factory reset it .

maybe you should try your Samsung members app and get help see if they can sort the problem out for you it's at the bottom in the middle fingers crossed they might be able to sort it out for you what was your last update beta program was it
