@cznove: Further to the post by @Pugs1957, please follow the link below, click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' and download the relevant version.

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your Galaxy S10 using the USB cable that came with the phone, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device data. If you are outside the region the phone was intended to be used in, then please be aware that this may limit your ability to update the device, due to software variances that exist in our phones from country to country.

How strange @cznove! Can I ask where did you get your phone from? Would you be able to send us the full model code? This can be found in the phone Settings> About phone.

Thanks for that @cznove. It seems that this is a US version, which is why you may not be receiving any updates in the UK/EU. I would suggest taking this to a Support Centre to see if they can install the new version for you. If you are based in the UK, you can locate your closest one from here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
