Full Screen Not Working on S10 Apps Selected Full Screen

I have not been able to get any of my streaming apps to run in Full Screen even though I have them selected to do so in options.  The following apps are all running with edges blackend out?  The video stops what would have been the buttons and top portion of my pervious S7 Galaxy device.  I prefer how streaming looked on my S7 than the S10. I am not sure if my resolution options has an impact on this?  I streaming services I am using are NetFlix, VUDU, FIOS, YouTube, but I also noticed this in games as well.

I'm having this issue on my S10e, some games won't launch even with full screen selected in the settings

@CFH2019: Does this issue occur for all videos, as it may be an aspect ratio issue? What I would suggest is opening a video, placing your thumb and forefinger on the screen and spreading them apart in a reverse pinch motion, as this will make any video with a compatible aspect go full screen.

All I can suggest is going into full screen apps list and manually change all to full screen.
