Freezing Samsung s10

I have problems with my Samsung just freezing I have reset data also tried safe mode and now had to do a factory reset and the phone started lagging then decided to freeze I had to then force shutdown any advice on what is happening and why so I can resolve this issue thanks

Hi @susankikki, after you performed the factory reset, did you test the phone without reinstalling apps/restoring personal data, to see if it was still having the same issue?
