Received my galaxy s10 yesterday. I innocently thought that they might actually do the sensible thing and post the buds with the actual phone but, of course, no !
I have been to various "support " pages, filled out various online forms which then come back with error messages.
"Solutions " given on this community don't work either. I have sent feedback which has got no reply.
This "pre-order offer" is a ball of ***** .They are making it as hard as humanely possible for their customers/victims to actually avail of this offer !!

I agree it's been a complete and untter joke ring up Samsung UK and speak to them that's what I done.

Using the Samsung Members app on your new S10 or S10+
Go to the benefits section at the top (above Hello 'your name')
claim your buds
Take a screenshot of your IMEI number on your phone, add this when told.
Save your preorder email as PDF, add this when told
Enter your postal address.
Submit order.
Done.
I had to wait two days for the email saying I was approved and now just waiting for the buds.
So simple. Thanks Samsung x

Simple for you maybe but not hundreds of others. I myself never even got an email about upgrade all I had was the delivery note.

If you did an upgrade then I have no idea where you would get your preorder info, either your network provider or Samsung account.
When you order it from Amazon you get an email regarding your purchase.

I pre ordered it through O2 network and was given a receipt. Where ever you upgraded from the network will be able to send you something to confirm your preorder!

I pre ordered mine over the phone with EE I've sorted mine now but it wasn't as easy as it could have been.

It's DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now 35 days after my free samsung earbuds were vaildated and I have been lied to over and over again. Still no tracking number or any sign of when they are being sent..what do I do now...so angry i'LL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER sAMSUNG OFFER !!
