Hello, so my Samsung S10e after updated to newest One UI the screen suddenly flickering with random pixel and colors, and the temperature is kinda hot too, after some flickering the screen just died. I dont know if this hardware or software issue. Is anyone experiencing same issue, or maybe know how to fix this? Thanks!
Hi @pawana, are you still experiencing issues with the screen of your S10? Have you been using an official Samsung charger to charge it? Please also do a Soft Reset of the phone by pressing and holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds. Does it turn on now? is the phone damaged in any way?
