Fingerprint Issues On S10+

Anyone got any helpful tips on how to resolve the issues I'm having withe the fingerprint sensor on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ , I scan my thumbs multiple times but when it comes to unlocking the phone it says NO MATCH! I have tried all sorts to try and resolve this but nothing works!

I had a similar issue with my s20 and it fine after doing it again

it scans my print ok but keeps saying no match when it comes to unlocking the device, . I have tried cleaning the screen, cleaning my fingers ,factory reset the phone 3 times, cleaned cache, tried upping the touch sensitivity, followed all the instructions on YouTube as they make the fix so bloody easy and been on samsung website, ..the diagnostics of the phone says its working normal. . but obviously its not ...

have you tired add the same thumb a few to times. i.e finger print 1, 2,,3 are the same thumb, this increases the chance of reading the same thumb.

Considering the list of things you've tried, the only 2 suggestions I can think of is remove any screen protector and try again, if you added the thumb print before putting a screen protector, that may be your issue. failing that, it's time to call Samsung.

I don't have the screen protector anymore, every new phone i have I always take of the screen protector, force off, habit I suppose..
