I've got the S10 UK (BTU) device and looking at the sammobile firmware I should have got the Feb security update around the 18th Feb, but I'm still on the Jan update. Is this right or is my device not getting updates for some unknown reason?

Hi, I am also in the UK and have an S10. I received the One UI 3 Android 11 update on 27 Feb and it still says security patch dated 1 Jan. So maybe it is not out yet.

yes it has my friend has S10 not plus not e so definitely eligibility for s10 series

Hi all. Updates are rolled out in batches so they'll reach some users a bit sooner than others. All I can suggest is heading to Settings > Biometrics and Security > Other Security Settings, and making sure that Security Policy Updates is toggled on, so you're able to download the update as and when it becomes available in your region.
