Fast Charging

Have just got an s10e after using an s7 previously. The usb-c cable I have and existing fast charger which worked fine on s7 doesn't seem to fast charge the s10e. Phone sometimes says it's fast charging but then swaps to slow charge. Could it be the cable or charger? Or both?

Yes, micro usb for s7. But s10e has usb c. I got s10e refurbished so didn't get official cable but one I had

@StephenCWLL Hi, so are you using MicroUSB-USB-C adapter? If this is the case, the cause could be the adapter's incompatibility.
I recommend you buy an original Samsung cable, or try one from a friend or relative, the same for the charger.

Yeah I have tried the adaptor and cable on its own but it still mostly slow charges. I was hoping the adaptor would work as every other device I have is micro USB. I will try getting new cables first. Thanks.
