Hi,
When I claimed my free ear buds, the website came up with an error, so i clicked the back button and it then said the application had been sucesfull and an email would be sent.
I did not get an email and I didn't copy the tracking number. How do I find out my tracking number to see that it all worked.
I tried the process again bit it said the buds had already been claimed for my emei.

Yeah give it time, I got my email about 15hrs later. Therrs alot going on and alot for it to process, need to be patient.
If it says it confirmed, then it is. The email will either be a few minutes or a good few hours.
