Help! My data is stuck on my encrypted SD card. How can I get it back?
I was taking a lot of pictures rapidly on my Note 10+ (SM-N975U) running android 10. I have a 128GB SD card I store media on (as well as run a few apps off of), but I performed encryption on the card. The phone is not rooted.
I got a popup saying there was an error with my SD card and the camera switched to internal memory, and made the SD card read-only. All files seemed normal though.
I shut off the phone and took out the SD card. Rebooted, then repeated with the SD card in. Now the phone doesn't even recgonize that the card exists.
I then plugged the SD card, with a reader into my PC, and performed the 'diskpart' command "attributes disk clear readonly". That didn't work.
Is there a way to get my card to be recgonized by my phone to decrypt it? I keep reading about clearing the phone's cache, but I worry if I do that, I'll lose my only way to decrypt my card.
Lastly, is there a way I can just recover the files on the SD card via my pc? Is there a way I can decrypt it there instead? Since it's my phone I know all the passwords to generate the proper encryption keys.
Help!

Hey @note10plususer! Is this a Samsung SD Card? If so, send an email to our External Memory Team: samsungmemory@hanaro.eu
They will be happy to help!
