Hi!

I recently purchased an S10 plus from the Samsung Experience Store and have found that the phone has some limitations.  The quick button for mobile data is disabled even though I purchased the phone from a Samsung Experience Store and not from a provider.  I have entered *#1234# to get the model in Hope's that someone can help me resolve the issue.Screenshot_20190630-161932_DeviceKeystring.jpg

Hi @Jiburiru

My Samsung Note 9 is direct from the Samsung Experience Store and it is on mine.

I'm in the UK.

Mobile Data Toggle.Mobile Data Toggle.

If you press the 3 little dots in the top Rh corner and choose button order is there perhaps the mobile data toggle in the drag to place area.

Drag to place toggles.Drag to place toggles.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thanks for the reply! I tried that previously with no avail.

After some additional research, I learned that even with a stock, OEM phone; it is dependent on your SIM card provider.  What that means is that if your provider has settings that will limit or restrict your phone; your phone will be limited.  This can then be removed once your reformat  the device and put a SIM card of a carrier that does not limit phones which is usually based on country too.Screenshot_20190701-052633_One UI Home.jpg

This problem is common with Samsung devices I do not know the exact weather there is a relationship with Sim card and the mobile data switch. Why I'm telling this is I previously own a Samsung J7 pro haven't such an issue. And then I temporally switched to a Samsung note 5 and used the same sim card with the J7 Pro, But unlike in J7, here wasn't a mobile data icon. And also this problem doesn't seem to appear with any other brand.

And I was also able to solve this problem with a workaround with ADB(Android Debug Bridge). Use this guide to restore your Mobile Data Icon

If you are not familiar with tools like ADB and not comfortable with such a workaround, you can use an app like Mobile Data Switch as an alternative to the mobile data icon.

Thanks @Thiranja. You solution worked just fine for me on a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with T-Mobile.
