Emergency alert

I didnt get the UK emergency alert today. I went into settings and it is greyed out, so can't switch on or off. Any help?

No, it was on and I was aware it was meant to happen at 3pm

Which provider are you using as if it's 3 then a lot didn't receive the alert so cos of that there is going to be a review to see what went wrong and maybe repeat the test again!

If you look in the settings part. It's under Safety and Emergency. I have the S22ultra and my settings in notications is grayed out too but under the Safety and Emergency they should be there.

I know most people who were on WiFi didn't get the alert

I have an S10. Emergency alert is under notifications in the message settings. I can't see Safety and Emergency?

Had my phone on airplane mode. Glad I didn't get it.
